    Power Skating

    To register in Power Skating the participant must be:

    • Confident with backward skating
    • Be able to stop completely
    • Be a confident skater

    It is recommended a minimum of two years skating experience.

    Beginner

    Learn basic power skating skills – forward, backwards, crossovers, and turns.

    Intermediate

    Hone the skills you learned as a beginner plus start working on positioning, forward, backwards, sprints, forward crossovers, backwards crossovers, and turns.

    Advanced

    Learn to perfect the following skills positioning, forward, backwards, sprints, forward crossovers, backwards crossovers, and turns.
